Lviv
A lot of cool and stylish hotels in a relatively small town. Very slick Grand Hotel on the Central Square and really liked Boutique Hotel on the (!) Old Jewish Street. Hotels are relatively cheap, the rooms go for around 100$ for a standard. What is amazing about the city is their love for coffee. Coffee shops are literally on every corner.

Moscow Hotels
Interesting fact, averafge price of the room in Moscow hotel becaecently me almost 10% cheaper in comparison with the 2008. In the 2009-2010 3 new 5 star hotels were opened in the capital , two of them - Hilton and Radisson Royal inthe landmarkish "Stalin Skyscrapers" buildings.

Tel Aviv
The beach in Tel Aviv is very very simular to the Brighton Beach in NYC, exept there are no Mexican people selling Coronita, wich is a minus and you dont hear Russian so often as in Brighton, which is a plus. In general in Israel one can hear occasional Hebrew....

Belarus tour
Minsk and Vitebsk are a lot of fun: socialism with a human face. The roads are great, streets are clean and people look pretty happy. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ASPECT: too many cemeteries, they are like McDonals, almost on every corner.

icebreaker on the Moscow river
Radisson started a cruise on the Moscow river on the icebreaker. Dont have to go to the North Pole or Antactic to experience it. Today the boat was stuck (literally) in the 40 sm (almost a foot) ice and another icebreaker was called in for help.

Domodedovo airport
Domodedovo airport is a step forward after Sheremetevo but right after New Year Eve it is like Macies on the black Friday. People buy alcholol (at the duty free which is not a bargain) like tomorrow is prohibition. But I didnt see any so much lines at the passport control and at th registration.
